Set in the heart of Seagrove, ON THE BEACH SIDE of 30A. The beachfront is private to Beachside Condos, which eliminates overcrowding. This ground floor unit is just STEPS FROM THE WATER! The bedroom has a queen bed, with twin bunks in the hallway.

Guests enjoy access to an on-site pool. The condo also features a well-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, Google Mini for music and info, and 4 large Turkish style beach towels. All in a prime location right in the heart of Seagrove.
Perfect for guests who value quality, calm & relaxed beachside stays. The "30A community" is a FAMILY ORIENTED string of fantastic local restaurants & shops thriving along Florida's highway 30A. It's a tight knit scene. Hidden away from the busy hustle & bustle of Destin & Panama City, however only 20 min drive to either if you desire the mainstream shopping or outings those areas offer.

AMENITIES TO GET YOU SETTLED IN
Enjoy a starter set of amenities during your stay. Our kitchen essentials include 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 trashcan liner. In each bathroom, you'll find 2 soap bars, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 makeup rag, and 3 rolls of toilet paper, as well as 2 bathroom garbage bags, 3 hand towels in the master bathroom, 4 washcloths, and 4 bath towels, and beach towels. We have a Keurig coffee maker but do not provide pods. We also provide a few beach chairs and an umbrella.
BEACH ACCESS
The nearest beach is just steps away. From the condo, step out on the ground floor and follow the walkway to the stairs that lead down to the water. This beach is private and available for guests of Beachside Condos (which includes you).
BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLA
Included with your stay, March 1 through October 31: 2 beachfront chairs and an umbrella set up for you on the beach each day. No hauling gear down and no rental fee.
4 large Turkish-style beach towels are provided in the unit, along with a soft cooler and a beach tote in the kitchen cabinet so you don't have to pack your own.
Outside of March-October, folding chairs are kept on the back patio.

Available year round but is not heated. 2 minute walk.

32" smart TV with Roku and Netflix, plus a Google Mini for music and info. You can stream your own subscription apps by signing in on the Roku. - Guest count must match reservation

- No 3rd-party bookings
- Please refrain from charging lithium ion batteries while unattended.
- Main guest must be 25+ and stay on-site
- Main guest must sign rental agreement
- Check-in: 4pm / Check-out: 10am
- No early check-in or late check-out (but we'll text if ready early)
- Hosts not responsible for temporary outages, closures (beach, pool, hot tub etc), maintenance, construction, or weather-related issues.
- No refunds outside our cancellation policy
- Rule violations may result in fines or cancellation without refund
- Lost / left items will incur a $50 fee + shipping to send back and may take up to 8 weeks during peak season (April-Aug). Please ensure you have all your belongings when you leave.
- $100 security hold required per stay; released after checkout if no damage.
CHECK-OUT
- Run the dishwasher (we can unload).
- Remove trash, including fridge. (Excessive trash may incur a fee.)
- Dirty towels in the bathroom.
- Please ensure you have all your belongings before leaving. Left items = $50 fee + shipping and may take up to 8 weeks to ship (especially Apr-Aug).

AIR CONDITIONING
Please don't set the AC more than 15 to 20 degrees cooler than outside, or leave doors/windows open while it's on as this can freeze the unit and shut down the HVAC.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy. Please review the cancellation policy at time of booking. No refunds are given outside of that cancellation policy prior to arrival or during your stay, including for weather, maintenance, renovations, utility issues, or amenity disruptions. We highly recommend travel insurance for added flexibility. If Airbnb or VRBO issues a refund outside our policy, we reserve the right to recharge your card. That said, our goal as responsible hosts is to give you the best stay possible. If we missed anything or something can be improved, let us know right away so we can make it right. We look forward to hosting you!
CHARGEBACKS
Guest agrees all charges tied to their Airbnb stay-- including extras -- are final, non-refundable, and may not be disputed. Any chargeback or payment dispute is a breach of this agreement. Guest must reimburse all costs (including legal fees) tied to any dispute. Unpaid disputes after 30 days may be sent to collections. Host may pursue all legal remedies. Host's proof of purchase is sufficient to counter chargebacks.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
